No. The Home Health Review is a non-invasive visual maintenance assessment — not a licensed or certified inspection. We don't certify structural integrity, open walls, access roofs, or pull electrical panels. We walk through your home the way an experienced, detail-oriented owner would — and give you a written account of what we find.
